About the Recruitment Consultant Role:

​

As a consultant, you will be joining the company on the ground floor as a resourcer while you learn the tricks of the trade before taking the step up to consultant after 1-2 months. Then, how many levels you go up from there depends on you.

​

You will be tasked with learning the Microsoft products, learning how to find good candidates, getting on the phone and speaking to people, and providing your own advice to our consultants as to where the people you find ought to go.

​

As time progresses and you gain experience after you've moved up from resourcer to consultant where your responsibilities will expand to speaking to clients, creating new business, and building out markets with untapped potential.

​

Extensive training is provided the whole way through and our consultants are determined to make your experience and progression as smooth and exciting as possible.

​

After becoming a consultant, there will be opportunities for you to go out and meet clients for lunches, company days out, rewards for good billings, and there are a host of other incentives in place.

​

Skills and Experience:

​

Essential:

· Good university degree

· At least 2 years working in a sales environment

· Fantastic work ethic

​

Desirable:

· Previous exposure to business to business sales

· Work-experience/internships in a corporate environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft technologies

​
